Heather made the decision to go sober over 12 months ago and created an Instagram account to offer support to others in their journey. Her decision came from a mixture of health problems and the death of her best friend Nikki. As such she set up her page to commemorate her friend, called dear_niknak, and discuss the effect of alcohol on those struggling with addiction and the families desperate to help.
