    • Detox smoothie recipe: Stick to seasonal ingredients; in the winter use pomegranates, oranges, kale or spinach; coconut water, almond milk.
    • Instead of pasta use veggies for your pasta noodles.
    • Instead of a tortilla use collard greens (or other greens) for your wrap.
    • Instead of rice use cauliflower that’s been pulsed in a food processor or finely chopped then sautéed in a pan.
    • Add different herbs and spices to your vegetables to prevent getting bored with your veggies.
    • Green drink packs are an easy thing to make ahead, freeze, and then blend for an easy, fast breakfast smoothie.
