On today’s episode, Ashley is bringing back an amazing soul, Marie Young. Marie is a registered holistic nutritionist, unschooling mama to 2 little boys, doula, and self-proclaimed recovering people pleaser.
Marie is all about using food as the starting point to help mamas bloom into the most alive, aligned, and abundant versions of themselves. Marie shares her family’s unique unprocessing as the path to vibrant health and intentional living outside the box.
“It's not just about changing your diet, the way you eat, or what you eat. It's about looking at the holistic picture. It's like being able to get a bird's eye view of you as a whole human and all of you, not just what you're eating.”
No matter what type of change we’re looking to create in our lives, the first step is to recognize that there won’t be a quick, overnight fix. Sustainable change happens in the smallest moments when we strengthen our ability to make conscious choices, one choice at a time.
The invitation here is to start paying attention to what truly nourishes our bodies, our thoughts, and our souls.
