If you’re not familiar with Joel Joel is the vice president of lending at guaranteed rate by the way they are located in all 50 states. He has been doing loans at a high level since 2003. And it’s gotten to that level because of what he does directly for real estate agents and their clients, which is he gives back part of his commission to the buyer on every transaction.
