  • Another good way to collect valuable customer data about a health food product is to survey a customer’s health on a scale of 1-10 prior to using your product. Then, after some time using your product, follow up to see where the customer stands and if the product has helped them.
  • If you’re a small business, you need to make yourself accessible for customers via chat. This is a great way to collect feedback directly from the horse’s mouth.
  • If you are able to have a direct conversation with a customer about the product, ask to quote the customer as a way to gather testimonials for your marketing and reviews. 
  • Social proof is a good way to prove the popularity of your product
