How we show up each day says a lot about who we believe ourselves to BE.

Every action we take and every word we speak either leads us in a direction that supports us or ultimately detracts from it.

While we cannot monitor ourselves 100% of the time, it's good to become aware of what we're regularly doing because it speaks volumes about how we view ourselves. And how we view ourselves is always reaffirmed in our actions, thoughts, and language daily. We always reaffirm our beliefs about ourselves and prove them true in how we show up.

This is why identity work and being mindful of how we show up is so impactful. Small shifts can have massive impacts on our lives and what we experience.
