If you’re deep in a gap season like me, then you’re in a season of unlearning old patterns to call in new levels of growth. One absolute non-negotiable for growth is setting and reinforcing boundaries. Today, I want to share why boundaries are not only necessary but an act of LOVE, as we reinforce bigger commitments to showing up.
