Mac advanced and excelled inside the academic system and worked in the field of his expertise for years before realizing that there was a missing piece in his career. He really wanted to help others and serve other people.

 

 

It took utmost courage and bravery for Mac to pack up his advancing career and leave the field he studied, trained and excelled in.
