how do we forgive our abusers?

many of us have felt shamed, or moralised, into forgiveness. unfortunately, this idea that we “should” forgive others prevents us from knowing the deeply orgasmic, bubbling sensation of forgiveness arising in our being - not because we have told it that it “should”, but because forgiveness will naturally bubble up when we come into understanding our true Self.

in this episode, I don’t shy away from speaking about:

• rape and sexual assault
• colonisation
• apartheid
• white body supremacy
• patriarchy
• all the things I have really, really struggled to forgive (and ultimately have)
