  • How She Leveraged a Rebrand to Position Herself for Success

You’ve heard the quote, “A woman who changes her hair is about to change her life,” right? Well, a woman who rebrands her company is about to change the world!

It’s natural for us to grow and evolve - in life and business. It only makes sense that what we present to the world on the outside reflects who we are on the inside.

This week on How She Did That 🎧I’m chatting with rebrand specialist Teaira Abston of Dreamcatcher Creative Studio about when and how to rebrand your business.

In this episode, Teaira will share:

    • How rebranding extends to so much more than swapping out the visuals that represent your company.
    • How incorporating  your goals and strategy into your rebrand will ensure you attract the clients you desire to work with.
    • What factors help to signal the right time to rebrand your business.
    • What steps should be taken when rebranding to avoid overwhelm.

    . . . and so much more!

  • How She Burned Bridges in a Way that Paid Off Big Time!

Sometimes we get stuck in a rut with our offers and services. What happens when something that has worked for so long suddenly feels like it no longer serves you or your clients, or it no longer feels aligned with your true goals?

Are you worried that your clients will be disappointed or think that you’re being flaky? Do you fear that you’ll never make money again?

Or do you know deep down in your gut that it’s time to make a change in your business, but you’re unsure of how to make that first step?

This week on How She Did That 🎧I’m chatting with my good friend and biz bestie Jessica Rodriguez to talk about when and how to burn bridges for your business and why it pays off.

In this episode, Jessica will share:

    • What it means to “burn your bridges”
    • How to know when burning your bridges is the right move for you
    • What questions to ask yourself

  • How She Paved Her Path to Becoming a Launch Strategist and Launch Manager

I am so excited to introduce you all to one of our very own team members, Cara Decker! Cara has been working for The Launch Guild for almost two years. She started off as a Launch Strategist on our team, then after taking my certification program – The Legendary Launch Manager Certification – she started working with our clients in both a strategist and management capacity.

She’s thorough, creative, and keeps me as focused as humanly possible. Today Cara and I are discussing the difference between being a launch manager and a launch strategist. As you’ll hear from Cara, she took the less traditional route of first being a launch strategist and then becoming a launch manager.

And Cara, if you’re listening, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for holding my purse throughout this intense year of transition. You’re the best and we love you!!!

    We are talking about:

    • Cara’s transition from one to the other

  • How She Encourages Herself When Times Get Tough

Lately I have been hearing from so many online virtual support pros and business owners who are feeling stressed and burnt out. These last few years have been a doozy! I just recently celebrated my 5 year anniversary as a full time business owner, and this year has been the absolute hardest in my business. Mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, it's all felt like an uphill climb. And I've asked myself more than once this year if I really wanted to continue to climb it.

    Am I making a difference?

Is the work that I do still needed?

BUT THEN I received some video testimonials and feedback interviews from the students inside of my programs, and O...M...G y'all! Talk about the kick in the pants that I needed!!! Are there improvements I want to make? Absolutely! But am I tapping out just yet? Not a chance! I've realized that my team and I are making an impact. The work we do IS needed! And we're only at the tip of the iceberg so let's keep going!

This has inspired me to share with you some affirmations for VA’s, Launch Managers, and Agency Owners. I have used these inside of my programs and now I am taking them public just for you! I hope that these will speak to you and help encourage you to keep showing up, even when the going gets tough.

    We talk about:

    • 5 affirmations for VA’s and general support pro’s
    • 5 affirmations for Launch Managers
    • 5 affirmations for Agency Owners
