  • How She Shows Up as a Leader, Even When She Doesn't Feel Like One

Happy New Year Everyone!!! I hope you’re all well rested and ready for every amazing thing that’s going to happen this new year 😊 To start the year off with a bang, we’re going BIG. This week on the podcast, I’m interviewing an incredible guest and top-notch online marketing expert, the one and only Amy Porterfield!

Amy is the CEO of a multi-million dollar digital course business. She is also the host of the top-ranked podcast, Online Marketing Made Easy. Before building a multi-million dollar digital course business, Amy worked with mega-brands like Harley-Davidson, where she oversaw the content team and collaborated on ground-breaking online marketing campaigns. Now, her and her team spend their days teaching business owners, educators, and entrepreneurs how to master online marketing and sell with ease.

In this week’s episode, I chat with Amy about how she shows up as a leader, even when we don’t feel like one. Because like many of us, myself included, Amy had to learn how to be a leader. Considering Amy has 20 full-time employees(!), I loved hearing how she finds ways to balance all the leadership things in both day-to-day and long-term goals.

    This Week We Talk About:

    • How she communicates her needs with her 20 full-time employees
    • How she became a good student of leadership
    • How Amy manages her need to vent without taking it out on her teammates
    • What it means to stop majoring over the minors

Our listeners can enjoy these Top 5 Audience-Favorite Online Marketing Made Easy podcast episodes, courtesy of Amy Porterfield.

  • How She Helps Women Generate Their Own Wealth

Many of the women I work with inside of my programs started their businesses to earn a little extra cash. They wanted an extra $500 or $1,000, just to add a bit of additional income to their family’s budget. But now that they’re scaling up to becoming Certified Launch Managers and agency owners, they aren’t earning “pay a few bills” money anymore. This is now “generating wealth” money -- have-everything-you-ever-wanted money. So how do we match our mindset to our income and start thinking about more ways we can generate wealth?

Enter Nechelle Bartley. She’s the owner of Her Future Wealth, an agency that specializes in helping women generate wealth and shift into a wealth-generating mindset. She noticed that the women she works with can sometimes have mindset blocks around generating wealth and she made it her mission to change that.

In this week’s episode of HSDT, Nechelle shares some tips to shifting into a wealth-generating mindset, and how to work it into the systems you’ve already created in your business. As a special gift for you, listeners of our show get access to Nechelle’s audio course "Remix & Accelerate Your Building Future Wealth".

    This Week We Talk About:

    • How to get into a wealth magnet mindset
    • What hold women back from generating wealth
    • What are the seven areas of wealth
