Last but most certainly not least on the path to love alignment, is our connection with that which is greater than us. Whatever your religious or spiritual beliefs, I have found that it is crucial to have some sort of relationship with a higher power, or universal consciousness, when increasing your capacity for love. In this episode we explore why that is, and what the connection between "love" and "spirituality" are.
