From there, the resolution is shared, where the climax occurs leading to an emotional release from the audience. The transformation involves the lesson learned from the situation. Lastly, there is a call to action, where there is an invitation for the audience to reflect and act. All of these steps can be used when telling a story to a potential client through marketing and social media efforts.
