“How do I actually make decisions with my Human Design?!?!”

“What if I can’t feel my authority speaking to me?”

“Why did it not work out when I made a decision based on what my authority said?”

I hear these questions over and over again from so many of you in so many ways. So today we’re getting into it all!

I know it can be frustrating to know what your authority is (splenic, emotional, lunar, etc.) but not feel it. And it can be confusing to try and listen to your body if you're not used to trusting it.

So that’s where we start. With feeling Human Design in the body instead of keeping all the information and learning locked up in the mind.

I’m talking about:

• reframing Human Design as a repatterning practice for trust, not necessarily a decision-making system
• questions to ask yourself when connecting with your authority to become more regulated and aware
• realizing that making the decision based on your authority doesn’t automatically mean you’re done, and how to let yourself recalibrate
• working on saying yes slower, even if you have sacral authority

And — most importantly — why this all TAKES TIME! Even after five years into this experiment, I still fall into the trap of trying to force decisions or clarity, or keep asking my Human Design to decide for me instead of letting it teach me how to listen.

So I’m here with you for all of this, because it is a lifelong process.
