Tanya Wilkinson is a conscious leader. From her background in marketing for major music labels, to an award winning career as a Business Director in advertising, to her incredible job as Head of Marketing and Events for Formula 1, Tanya has done it all.

Tanya went from a life of rushing around and living at 100miles a minute, to a life of connection with herself, her community and nature. 

Tanya embraces conscious and connected leadership, and she is spreading that message far and wide. She has a deep connection to nature and I really loved talking about the leadership lessons we can all take from nature.

This episode really reminded me to slow down and quite literally smell the roses.
