As soon as I saw Lane Moore on stage at TEDX, wearing a velvet suit, I was like, "Yep, I need to meet her." And meet we did, on opposites sides of the world, on everyone's favourite app, Zoom! And despite being far away, we found comfort sharing our struggles (and triumphs) over loneliness.

Lane Moore is an award-winning comedian, actor, writer, and musician based in New York City. She is the author of the book How To Be Alone: If You Want To And Even If You Don’t, which her TEDx Talk was based on.
