i used to think i was better than burnout. then i hit rock bottom. being a perfectionist is exhausting. who are you outside of your job? just say no. say no as much as possible. sometimes i get overwhelmed by my ideas. are you burnt out or creatively uninspired? don’t create if you don’t feel creative. celebrate the small wins. diversify your life. gyms are boring. clean your f*cking house!!! write sh*t down. crossing something off my to-do list makes me horny. i hope this ep helps you
