In today's episode, we have Mike Pletz join the show to share about his hardscape business in Canada. Mike has a unique operation where he specializes in the re-lay of patios. This is a model that allows Mike to rent all of his equipment and stay lean and mean. He is at a point of finding a permanent home for his business in the next few years, but right now he is able to serve a larger service area due to running a mainly rental method and not having to transport large equipment!
