In today’s show I unpack a few ways we are actively looking to add cash to our business this spring season. It is very common for landscape companies to struggle with cash flow March-May due to the start up costs, payroll, etc.. and not having the net 30 revenue coming in yet. We have implemented weekly billing which I am pumped for to really help us manage and keep up with the cash better this year! I also talk about upsells and waste elimination as well.
