Hey Angels

Here is the secret juice behind how my body always works for me now. I have briefly added my history so you can clearly see it never used to be this way for me, all we have been through together, the eating disorders, the struggle, punishment, and living by what we are regularly told is the way to have a body we love. Today as a mum to a 10 month old, my body lives in a state of relaxation & acceptance, enabling its happy state to return days and weeks after I gave birth. This episode will tell you how.
