Can't make a decision?

One of the things I talk about A LOT is the fact that our culture has brainwashed us into believing we have to approach all our problems from our thinking minds.

But what if I told you there was another way?

Yes, we can solve a lot of our problems from thinking BUT we have so much untapped wisdom in our bodies.

When I studied to be a Body Psychotherapist I was both astounded and in absolute awe of the wisdom, our bodies hold.

You see there are seven wisdom centres of the body. Here are four of them....

Head - rational, logical (where most of you reside)

Heart - emotional

Gut - feeling, intuition

Pelvis - instinctive

I like to think of these wisdom centres as the board directors of my life. Each one (when we tune in them) will give us information that we can use.

So when I feel confused or stuck with something in my life I know I don't have to rely just on my logical brain but can pull in what my heart, gut and pelvis think about a particular issue.

This gives me SO much more information and wisdom and stops me feeling stuck and spinning my wheels.

How cool is that!

And if you want to try it out yourself all you need to do is be willing to listen to what these wisdom centres have to say to you.

Yes, I understand it will be a bit weird to start off with, but stay with it. If you want to stop the endless cycle of self-doubt, frustration and overwhelm it's essential you strengthen the connection between your mind and body (pssst this is what we do in my world).
