You always hear that retrogrades are the worst. They’re scary, they mess everything up, and bring chaos into your life. But, beautiful souls, I’m here today to talk about the gift of retrogrades and why they’re not something to be afraid of.

We’re in the middle of the first Mercury retrograde of 2026, which ends on March 20 — so this is the ideal time to assess the energy.

I like to say that retrogrades happen for us, not to us. Because the energy of Mercury is turning inward right now, this is a time for us to pause our reactivity, to slow down and process things

So let’s take advantage of this reflective moment, because we’ll be revisiting a lot of our past during this retrograde!

In this episode, I’m sharing what this particular Mercury retrograde means for you based on your individual design and for us as a collective.
