On this episode of the Uncaged Clinician Podcast, the hosts, Josh Payne, David Bayliff, and Kevin DeGroot dive into their personal experiences with business partnerships and share their stories of how they came to be partners, starting as standalone businesses before deciding to partner up. They discuss the benefits and pitfalls of entering into a partnership.

• The importance of having other people to lean on: "Partnership requires being willing to grow as a person."

• The difference between a partnership and a single owner. "(In partnership) you have a team, not just you as the leader, but you have a collective group of people who are working towards the same mission."

• The difference between an employee and a team member and why control is a big issue.

• Owning less to make more. Incentivizing partnership behavior.
