When men ask us how to turn a woman on, keep her happy, open her sexually, help her to surrender, I always suggest the same thing - hold her.

How do I do that? He asks.

First, learn to hold yourself. If you can’t hold yourself, you will not have the energy to hold her. Be conscious of your own emotional body and your own needs. Consciously create a certain level of aliveness, freedom and joy in your own being. 

By being conscious of creating a life that feels joyful, safe and alive for you, you will make it a lot easier to consciously hold a woman with your LOVING, EROTIC PRESENCE.

When your field meets hers in an energetic and/physical embrace, she will naturally surrender and generate more energy in her body. This embrace, in and out of the bedroom, makes a woman feel like she matters, feels loved and safe, leading to deeper, more authentic opening.
