In the business world, we are always being told that we should be planning for the unexpected. And while I 100% believe that, I think it’s also very important to plan and prepare for the expected.
For so many of us, there are things that come up throughout the year that we are expecting to come up, and yet we wait until the last minute to plan for it, or worst case scenario, we don’t plan for it at all.
Whether it’s your kids coming home for summer break, vacations, or pregnancy like me, these are things that we can anticipate and plan for ahead of time so that it’s not overwhelming or stressful when it does happen.
In this episode of Serve Scale Soar®, I’m beginning a series where I share my best tips for planning for those expected things that come up in your business so that you are fully prepared and your business doesn’t suffer.
