Let’s talk some more about planning for the expected! 

In this episode of Serve Scale Soar®, I’m sharing part two of a four-part series where I’m diving into the topic of preparing for the expected in our business and our lives. For me, that means I’m preparing for a baby. For some of you, that may mean preparing for summer break or taking a vacation. 

No matter what it is, there are things that we likely have on our calendar that we know about, which means we can plan ahead for them so that we are fully prepared and we don’t have to worry about our business falling apart. 

There are some things that I am doing now to set myself up for the business that I want when the baby comes and I’m back in work mode. When you have things like this coming up, it’s the perfect time to decide if your business is where you want it to be.
