How often do you have an automatic, emotional reaction to a situation? Or are they so automated that you don’t even know what is on auto-pilot and what is your own choice. Developing self awareness is the absolute number 1 most important skill to get better in your life. If you’re unable, or problems keep recurring and the same situation ends up happening time and time again it’s likely you’re lacking the self awareness you need to modify and change your contribution to the problem. On the other side of self awareness is loads of hard work, but eventually it’s peace and a much easier life.
