Boysen Hodgson here … I’m filling in to frame up this week’s show. My heartfelt congratulations to Brandon, Christine, and Bindi Rose Clift - born November 7, 2022.

Brandon Clift and Jordan Bowman talk today about Raising kids in community.

Jordan Bowman from Journeyman Triangle returns to the show to talk his work with the Journeyman organization through the framework of rites of passage, mentoring, and community building. It’s about making mistakes, telling stories, and inviting our kids into a powerful sense community through true empowerment. It’s about understanding people as a process!  It’s about humility, vulnerability, agency, freedom and responsibility. This a conversation between two young men looking at parenthood, fatherhood, and community in a way that makes me really hopeful. There are new ways of being and seeing parenting … and so many great efforts happening in our culture to support this movement.
