Brene’ Brown said it best, boundaries are “what’s okay and not okay for me” and if you’re currently dating or in a relationship, boundaries can often be exceedingly difficult to set.

Speaking up for “what one wants” in a relationship can be a challenge because most people (especially women) fear their partner will leave.

Being in fear is no way to maintain a healthy relationship because at some point it will implode if a person is continually stuffing their feelings.
