In this episode I get to chat with the fastest HYROX man of all time, Hunter McIntyre. This was recorded just a few days after Hunter smashed his
own world record at HYROX Barcelona, in a simply incredible time of 54:07. It was his first race of this season, and in this chat we talk about his training for the race, his plans for his upcoming training camp to prepare for the world championships, where he’s at right now in terms of his running, row, and strength numbers and tonnes more. It’s a great chat with a truly astonishing athlete.
