Those hard-to-handle emotions that come once you’ve tackled your big crazy goal, often associated sentences like “I can’t stop eating” and “I feel like I have no purpose now.” I touch on different strategies you can use to manage PMB, and the best way to proceed to come out on the other side a more productive, happier person.
