Welcome to Part 2! I am 14 days post-op from hysterectomy surgery and I have more details to share. In this episode, I share the incredible guides and signs that came into my presence after learning my surgeon got sick… the day of my surgery! I detail how I was able to decipher between intuition, fear, and excitement, and the protocol put in place to help me ground into the right decision. I also illustrate my post-op healing practices, Lady Leisure Time, and the power of nourishing yourself with positive activity, people, and environments. 

There’s not a lot of information out there on women’s health and how it relates to the metaphysical, so I want to be a voice and an advocate for it. Your body is miraculous.
