On this Episode , Laura and Kevin Tift tell us about the “ThunderDash 5K” , which is an OCR / Mudrun that they have put on for the past 10 years. The race is located in Texas, just a 30 min drive from San Antonio, that takes place on September 28th. The race has a lot of big obstacles , mud, and gnarly terrain.
