Today our meditation is a celebration of springtime and the blossoming beauty within you!
The mantra for this meditation comes from my mother, Brenda (the embodiment of blossoming delight!) She received it during one of her deep meditations and when she shared it with me I felt so good inside - I had to share it with you too!
