Let's not start on a negative but personally, I am sick and tired of all the BS going around. I am sick of the media and yes, social media too so you all have some responsibility in this. 

The REST is coming and it starts this week on the 1st July so get ready to ramp it up. Time to take control of our lives back. Take control of the way we feel and what we do. Time to step up.
