Lisa sits down with 14-Week Group Coaching alum, pharmacist, and single mom by choice Erica, to talk about how trauma, grief, and loss, collided with early motherhood and the Covid19 pandemic. She shares how she unconsciously turned to food and experienced rapid weight gain coupled with shame and found Out of the Cave and was able to understand her experience and heal.

[30:00] Erica shares when food, eating, and body image really became a top of mind issue for her as she walked a path toward parenthood through donor conception and attempting different diets with a toxic partner
[36:00] Erica gives birth to twins boys as a single mom by choice right before the Covid19 pandemic and simultaneously her sister was battling an aggressive cancer and life as she knew it was pulled from under her and turns to food, and beats herself up for her lack of willpower
