• Polarizations occur when systems fall out of balance, leading to power struggles and a cycle of yes/no energy
• The importance of recognizing and working with polarizations in IFS and how they can lead to chronic stuckness
• Inherited polarizations as legacy burdens
• Polarization as a sign of movement and change
