But, if we extrapolate out the issue, we find that today, this issue affects both men and women equally and is very common in lawyers. So, let’s discuss the characteristics that could be stemming from your imposter syndrome and how you can overcome them.

I know that people like to hold on to the idea that some of us just get lucky. No, I didn't get lucky. I worked hard. But it isn't even that I just worked hard it's that I worked hard at the right things. That's really the key, the formula, right? It's working hard at the right things, and it's not landing at success. It's not arriving at success or happening upon success.
