Jane runs Erg Army (https://www.instagram.com/ergarmy/) which you may have seen online – they put out a lot of great content, and run workshops all over the world, on using the Ergs (the row and ski, as well as the concept2 bike). She’s helped hundreds of athletes fall in love with these machines and two of those athletes she has helped include James Newbury – who I recently interviewed on this podcast and who finished 5th at the CrossFit games - and Tia Clair Toomey who has pretty much dominated the CrossFit games for several years.
We have a great chat and get into a lot of tips on how to use the machines, how to get set up, what damper setting to use, a great workout to do in your training, how to approach these machines in a doubles HYROX and lots more. There’s a tonne of good tips in here for everyone, whatever your experience level is on the machines.
