2021 has arrived, and with it — a lot of us are setting some big goals as well as new year's resolutions. For episode four of the series, I'm chatting about the importance of strength training with Gunnar Peterson, CSCS, personal trainer (with celebrity clients including Khloe Kardashian and Lindsey Vonn), and former director of strength and endurance for the Lakers.
