Warmup Run 15-20 minutes

4 x :15 strides w/ :45 standing recovery

3 sets:

Uphill High Knee Jog

Recover

Stride Down to Start of Hill

Uphill High Skips Drill 

Recover

Stride Down to Start of Hill

Uphill Bounding Drill

Recover

Stride Down to Start of Hill

Cool down 10-15 minutes
