You’d know by now that one of my favourite things to do is talk about spirituality and how to live a life aligned with higher self. An important part of that conversation is exploring our experiences in the shadows, doing the inner work that inevitably leads to breakthroughs.

I have such a beautiful soul on the show today to talk about just that; my friend and client, Michelle Gordon. Also known as the Healthy, Happy Nurse, Michelle is an emergency room nurse (they are all angels) and a Coach who helps her clients move from broken and burnt out to limitless abundance.

In this episode, Michelle shares her incredible journey from being in her lowest place, numbing out on alcohol, and feeling like she wouldn’t make it to manifesting a life full of incredible dreams and coaching others to do the same. We talk about the power of choice, how we need to embrace the hard soul journey, and how acceptance and surrender lead to wide open doors. 

Michelle shares about her mindset overhaul and how she began to learn about manifestation, asking for signs, and most importantly, trusting the voice of her higher self. If it’s feeling difficult to push through right now and things are a little heavy, I hope this encourages you that life can be what you want it to be.
