Jason Kosec joined us this afternoon for a quick update on the merger of Integra Resources and Millennial Precious Metals. The group recently announced the closing of the $35M financing which was necessary for the merger to take place. Jason talks about who came in on the financing and what the next steps are between the two companies to complete the deal.
