In today's episode, I'm interviewing my dear friend, 500 ERYT and breath expert, Jen Xanders. Jen and I met through yoga nearly 12 years ago, and have sustained our friendship and our frequent talks surrounding hormone health, BioHRT, and mindfulness. I see Jen as a primary mentor in my life, one who has taught me so much about the beauty of stillness and breath, and I'm excited for her to not only share her story and struggle with hormone imbalance, but also her knowledge and expertise on breathwork and movement.
