The Paralympic Games are about to begin, so building on that excitement, we are excited to welcome Kendall Gretsch back to the show! Kendall is currently preparing to defend her gold medal in the triathlon in Paris this year, and had so much great intel about what life has looked like leading up to these games. In addition to being a Paralympic medalist in triathlon, Kendall is also a medal winner in the biathlon in the winter Paralympic Games. She tells us all about these experiences, how she balances being competitive in two different sports, and what she expects in the race in Paris. We will all be cheering Kendall on as the big day approaches, and can't wait to see what she achieves in this games and beyond!
