We are excited to welcome Jackie Hering back to the show this week! Jackie is just coming off of an American full distance record at Ironman Hamburg, and even more impressively, did it nine years after her most recent (and first) full distance race. In this episode she tells us all about how her approach to racing has evolved over the years, and what it’s like to race now, as a mom of two. There are some more big things on the horizon for Jackie this year and we can’t wait to see all she accomplishes!
