This week we have a very special interview with Taylor Knibb!! Our Feisty Community and Engagement Leader, Lynda Rowan, got the chance to talk with Taylor about her approach to fueling, which is very timely given that here at Feisty we have our fueled course on sale again! Taylor talks all about her journey with fueling for sport, and how she approaches food with the knowledge that it is a pivotal part of enabling herself to reach such a high level of racing and training.
