We often think about how the kids and parents are coping in those first few days and weeks of school, but what about those who've been back in the classroom way before the students?
Teachers have been busy getting the classroom ready for the new influx of faces, learning the names of 30 to 100 children to make sure they don't feel alone in their education experience, sometimes taking money out of their own pockets to ensure those in schools with less funding, have the ability to at least write on something or with something.
But despite the difficulties (yes, we include parental interactions in that category) teachers describe the joy they feel when the school year begins again.
