Can you believe that I started this podcast almost six years ago? Time flies when you're doing what you love. This podcast has been my constant companion, allowing me to be my authentic self and share my journey as a business owner with all of you. I've been consistent with it, hardly skipping a beat, and it has become a safe space for me to express myself unfiltered and unapologetically.

I had a significant realization about the power of our subconscious mind and how it influences our actions and experiences. During a recent visit to a luxury bathhouse, I noticed how my own insecurities and self-doubt affected my interactions and decisions. It made me reflect on how often we hold ourselves back from taking action or settling for less because of fear or a lack of confidence.

But here's the thing, my loves. We have the power to change that narrative. We can choose to settle for more, to push past our comfort zones, and to believe in our own capabilities. It's about recognizing the subconscious scripts that hold us back and rewriting them with empowering beliefs.
