📝 So, this has not been the easy, breezy weight loss plan I thought it was going to be and I'm glad to have been intercepted by Nutrionist and PT Zana Morris who has helped steer me towards actions that will get me the result I'm hoping for. It's not about a 10 lb weight loss, although that's part of it, it's about increasing lean muscle mass and reducing fat and that requires a little tinkering, redirecting and a whole lot more accountability.
